Rajiv Menon, Founder & CEO
Rajiv is an entrepreneur, speaker, and mentor.
He is committed to tech community leadership as Founder of Lean Startup Orlando, Organizer at Tech Stars Startup Weekend Orlando, Board Member at Rally Social Enterprise Accelerator, and as past-Chair of the Orlando Tech Council. He is the Founder and CEO of Informulate – a Software Development and Digital Transformation consultancy with expertise in custom application development, innovation methodology, and Agility.
Jacques Fu, CTO and Co-Founder
Jacques is a technologist, founder, and angel investor.
He has a passion for building products that solve problems, bringing them to market, and scaling them. He co-founded Stax, one of the Inc 500 fastest growing companies and the first startup to reach "Unicorn" status from the city of Orlando. He is the host of the "Taking Your Time" podcast and author of "Time Hacks". He co-founded Orlando Devs, the largest developer meetup in Orlando, and The Assistance Fund, the second largest charity in the city according to Guidestar. As a community advocate, Jacques speaks at events hosted by UCF, Rollins, Orlando Economic Partnership, Downtown Orlando Partnership, Orlando Chamber of Commerce, BarCamp, Starter Studio Tech Accelerator, and various meetups. He invests in startups as an angel investor and is also an advisor for various startups and technology boards in the Orlando area.
Jack Elkins, Innovation Lead
Jack is an innovator, entrepreneur and facilitator.
He learned to lead interactive facilitations when he was the Director of Innovation at the Orlando Magic where he built the NBA’s first Innovation Lab. He’s led strategic projects, corporate change, and mentored early-stage and growth companies. He teaches Innovation at UCF. When Jack trains business teams, he focuses on getting groups change ready, and into the best place of potential to perform together. He is constantly learning science-based tools for collaboration in the future of work. He has spoken internationally on the topics of change, innovation and collaboration. Jack appreciates diverse perspectives. When Jack facilitates you will feel like you belong, and you will enjoy his energy and broad knowledge. He lives in Lake Mary, FL with his wife and two sons.
Ashley Elliott, Organizer
Ashley is a client relations professional, event manager, and community leader.
She is a dedicated professional in the Information Technology / Software space with over eight years of experience serving her amazing Orlando community. With a background in technical recruiting, sales, and management; She loves building relationships, helping people succeed, and growing businesses. Being deeply committed to personal growth and health, she is constantly working on self-improvement. The one thing that never changes is that she loves people and more importantly, helping people.
